The sessions can only be started by you, and you can disconnect at any time. No software is permanently installed on your computer. All you need is a small file that you will download from us. This way you are in control, and the sessions will be safe, protecting your data and privacy.

You must have a broadband internet connection (cable, DSL, or FIOS) to take advantage of the Remote Help Desk.
