Our Value 960H Camera is a high resolution camera with an affordable price. Its 960H CCD image sensor achieves higher resolution and higher sensitivity than conventional CCTV cameras. The B562DIR also offers a 3.3-12mm varifocal auto iris lens and features like Highlight Masking Exposure, Back Light Compensation, and Electronic Day and Night. Q. My camera is blurry at night but clear in the day
A.
  1. Check the lens cover for dirt, debris, scratches, smudges or residue
  2. Tilt camera away from or remove nearby reflective objects
  3. Make sure rubber gasket is present and correctly seated on lens
  4. Clean lens cover with water and dry microfiber cloth
Q. My camera is no longer producing video.

  1. Confirm the physical connection on the dvr
  2. Switch with a known working camera
  3. Check power to the camera
  4. Check camera compatibility
  5. Check user rights
