NDAA Compliant
The John S. McCain National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) federal law specifies the budget, expenditures and policies of the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD). The NDAA Section 889 prohibits the U.S. government from acquiring video and telecommunication equipment from certain Chinese companies and their subsidiaries.
DW IP cameras, analog cameras, NVRs, DVRs, network devices and management software sold and distributed worldwide are designed and developed in U.S.A. and Korea, and manufacturing is done in Korea, Vietnam and Taiwan. Therefore, most DW products qualify for GSA Schedule Contracts and other government opportunities.
The Trade Agreements Act (“TAA”) enacted July 26, 1979 requires U.S. Government and affiliated entities to purchase end products made or substantially transformed within the United States or TAA-designated countries. The TAA law intends to foster fair and open international trade.
Most DW servers, network devices and cameras sold and distributed worldwide are designed and developed in U.S.A. and Korea. Manufacturing is done in Korea, Taiwan and Vietnam with usbstential transformation and assembly done in the U.S.A.
DW's products are FCC approved, meeting the required standards and authorization of the FCC (Federal Communications Commission) to sell electronic devices in the United States.
UL Listed products are ones that UL has tested and determined that the product meets specifically defined safety requirements. DW has a growing list of UL listed products and we work around the clock to get out products listed and approved to carry the UL listed stamp.

The California IoT Security Law requires all “connected devices” sold or offered for sale in California to have “reasonable security” measures.
