Security industry sales professional will strengthen dealer relationships and drive growth across the region.

In this role, Stupienski will work with DW's distributor and dealer partners to expand relationships, support customers and drive sales growth throughout the region.

Stupienski brings more than six years of security and low-voltage channel sales experience to DW. He joins the company from ADI Global Distribution, where he most recently served as Regional Account Specialist for New England. He began his career with ADI as an Inside Sales Representative after graduating from East Carolina University in 2019 and advanced into a regional account role in 2023.

Throughout his time at ADI, Stupienski managed and developed customer accounts across New England, working closely with integrators, contractors, dealers and end users. His experience includes strategic account planning, consultative selling, customer training, business reviews and identifying solutions that help channel partners grow.
