The VMAXFlex is a replicate of our Maximum Value, Maximum Performance VMAX480 without the front panel buttons for a more flexible cost. The VMAXFlex is available in 4, 8 and 16 channel configurations with basic storage from 500 gigabytes to 6 terabytes. It has all the functions of the VMAX480 and can easily be controlled with your included USB mouse or IR Remote Control.

Q. Is there a way to upgrade firmware remotely to DVR?
A. Yes, by using ACS or PIVOT. 1. Download firmware from website 2. Open PIVOT or ACS 3. Right click on the site name and select Firmware upgrade 4. Press Connect 5. Press OPEN, select the firmware, press START upgrade 6. Wait 5 minutes then check firmware as software will not notify you when its done.
Q. No Display on the HDMI monitor
